Gibson/Woodbury Charitable Foundation has awarded a $2,000 grant to Kismet Rock Foundation

North Conway, NH – January 2014

The Gibson/Woodbury Charitable Foundation has awarded a $2,000 grant to Kismet Rock Foundation.

Kismet Rock Foundation enhances the physical, intellectual and emotional development of children with limited material and social capital, children with great potential that deserve extraordinary support by providing a comprehensive education in technical rock climbing within the context of a stable and loving family-like atmosphere.

The Gibson/Woodbury Charitable Foundation’s generosity will offset the cost of one student from Bartlett, NH in 2014.The foundation receives a large number of grant applications from non-profit organizations from Carroll County, New Hampshire and Western Maine. They are faced with the difficult task of determining where their assets are allocated. We are delighted that The Gibson/Woodbury Charitable Foundation has once again chosen to make Kismet Rock Foundation a philanthropic priority, and we extend our warmest thanks for helping Kismet to enrich the lives of children.

Kismet’s 2014-summer season will begin in July. To learn more about Kismet, please visit www.kismetrockfoundation.org and Like us on Facebook. To learn more about The Gibson/Woodbury Charitable Foundation, please visit www.gibsonwoodburyfoundation.org.
